Crow in color

Last time I saw Crow he presented me with a portrait painted by an artist who's obviously very skilled and sensitive.. a veritable Renoir of Corvid Classicism was my first thought. My second thought was, 'Now I know why he asked me to press those weird pants'. He still hasn't told me who the lady is.

  4. Whoever she is your Crow looks rather pleased about it - painted in sartorial splendor reminiscent of a Grand Inquisitor.
    Best wishes

  9. marja-leena - He's a true gentleman.

sera - A portrait required formal wear and those are his morning trousers.

linda - Did you click on the picture? Crow is always proud to stand by a friend.

lindsay - He does look fine but more akin to a Philosopher with a favorite pupil.

    spadoman - Thank you :-)

cdp - That's because he is wise.

jams - like most of us he's always pleased when he's with friends.

pagan - He insisted on showing his other true colors.

the crow - Yes, they make a fine pair, don't they?

  12. Very nice blog you have here. I like reading political blogs for some reason. Anyway, I have a site myself where people from around the world come and debate on popular issues. I feel as if this will give citizens some form of power, letting their voices be heard.

I'd like to exchange links with you to help spread some traffic around between each other. If you'd like to, please leave a comment under our "Compadres" page when you've added our link and we'll return the favor.

Until then, keep up the good work.

  13. randal - They are, aren't they?

belette - Ah! the truth is out but it was yours to tell. I'm very happy you liked it so much :-) I'll see if the photo I took of the secret picture is good enough to show.

mauigirl - How nice of you to say so.

steve - Now that Belette has said it's okay I'll check my photo files - but it's a tiny painting. The project itself was a delight.

jason - Thanks for visiting. I'd be happy to check out your site.
